I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Masters of Education in Counseling (M.Ed) in 1998. I graduated summa cum laude. I have also had the privilege to being an adjunct faculty at both Loyola University and DePaul University.
I have 15 years experience as an educator. I deliver stand-up trainings on topics within the health and wellness field for social service agencies, higher education institutions, and corporate clients.
